UTEM training center of became a partner in the practical part of the program for advanced training of teachers of vocational education centers in the profession of welder, which was implemented in cooperation with TÜV Thüringen Ukraine.

As part of the training, teachers practiced practical welding skills using processes 135 (MAG — Metal Active Gas), 111 (MMA — Manual Metal Arc), and 141 (TIG — Tungsten Inert Gas).

Participation in such initiatives is consistent with the approach of UTEM MANAGING COMPANY JSC to the development of professional training: a strong theoretical base must be supported by real practice. Only in this way can specialists be formed who are ready to work according to modern industry standards.
